Brad Randall is currently an owner of Welch Randall Real Estate and Property Management based in Ogden, Utah. Currently Brad works with investors and owners of over two-hundred residential, multi-family and commercial properties across Northern Utah to help obtain the highest return on investment and achieve the highest long term value for their properties.
With over ten years of Property Management experience ranging from single-family homes, retail centers, vacation homes and office buildings to large apartment communities, Brad has gained valuable insight from managing properties and employee processes throughout the state of Utah. Brad is a current candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and prestigious commercial investment designation CCIM. These internationally-renowned organizations provide invaluable educational and networking opportunities to proactively lead the commercial and residential real estate industry into the coming years. Brad is also the Vice President-elect of the 2012 National Association of Residential Property Managers Association (NARPM) Salt Lake City Chapter, an organization specializing in management of single family and vacation homes across the United States.
Brad graduated from Brigham Young University in April 2008 with an undergraduate degree in Facilities and Property Management. Since August of 2008 Brad has taught two Real Estate and Building Management courses at Brigham Young University in the Facilities and Property Management Program. He currently serves as Vice President of the Brigham Young University Facilities and Property Management Alumni Council.
Brad has an immense passion for people and for life. He loves to lead an active lifestyle. Over the past four years, Brad has competed in over twenty Triathlons, Marathons and active events, including a Half-Ironman. As a native of Utah, Brad loves the outdoors and what Utah has to offer, but has also taken advantage of international opportunities living five years in Asia and Europe and visiting over a dozen additional countries.
